Software Developer
Working on RETMS (Removal of Encroachment Tracking and Management System) for BMC. Built an idempotent, resumable TypeScript ETL that migrated 104,485 active complaints with their inspections, notices, demolitions, cost recovery and history from the legacy PostgreSQL system, mapping ~180 workflow stages and encrypting PII. Reconciled results ward- and beat-wise against source data and built repair tools that backfilled 8,400+ cost recovery rows and fixed 1,400+ reopened cases. Built NestJS REST APIs with rate limiting and retries, cron jobs for dashboard reports, optimized PostgreSQL queries, and ArcGIS map modules for ward- and beat-wise geotagged case mapping.

Built RESTful API endpoints using Node.js with a state-driven recruitment workflow. Developed UI forms and dashboard interfaces for HR and admin users. Implemented Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and resolved authentication flow issues.
